Operating system for portable sanitation fleets

Run the operation. Bill every finished service.

Pudding Wagon keeps every unit, contract, route, service, and invoice in one system. The work your crews finish is the work you actually charge for, and no unit sits forgotten on a closed site.

This used to live on a whiteboard, a spreadsheet, and one dispatcher’s memory. Now every unit has a record.

One system

One record, from yard count to paid invoice.

01

Units & inventory

Every unit, where it sits, and its condition. See which ones have gone idle past contract end before they turn into a loss.

02

Customers & contracts

Quotes that become recurring contracts. Sites, terms, renewals, and prices, all on the customer record.

03

Scheduling & dispatch

Deliveries, pickups, exchanges, and service stops go to each driver in order, with gate codes, site notes, and what each stop needs.

04

Field service & proof

Drivers close each stop with a photo the system checks and a location it confirms.

05

Billing & invoicing

Recurring rentals and every extra service become invoices, synced straight to QuickBooks. The chargeable work no longer slips past the bill.

06

Reporting

What is out, overdue, unbilled, and unpaid. What each route and each customer is actually worth.

Who it serves

Owners, drivers, and customers work from the same record.

Owners find the missed revenue

Stranded units, unbilled service, and slow payers become alerts you can act on today. You catch the money while you can still collect it.

Crews get a clear day

Each driver leaves the yard knowing exactly where to go and what every stop needs. Fewer callbacks, fewer repeat trips.

Customers get the proof

Every service comes with a checked photo, a location, and a time. The operator sends that report with the invoice, or drops it into the bid packet.

Proof of service

Proof that wins the next bid.

A driver tapping “done” is a claim. A checked photo, a confirmed location, and a recorded time are evidence. Every stop closes with that evidence, and the operator forwards it straight to the customer. When a site asks what happened, the answer is already attached, and it travels into the next bid.
